The Day After! Surviving it all...

Lucky for me...today I had the day to catch up...picked-up the house...put a few presents away (I think we need a storage unit), and things are semi-normal...the aftermath was pretty exhausting..but Christmas day was fantastic.

They boys had a blast...boys will be boys...if I hear one more radio control toy...I'll scream...but they were in heaven.

My dad gave the monkey a radio-controlled helicopter, and the peanut got a fire-engine truck. And my hubby was having as much fun as they were...and I think my dad opened every single toy with the peanut..he was the last one to open his gifts.

I am so grateful for my family, my husband and my kids-- we spent a quiet and enjoyable Christmas day with the people who matter the most..our family (and the thousand buttons on the fire engine, the transformers, cars...AHHHHH...you get the picture).

So happy to hear you had such a nice, family-filled Christmas! (I need a storage unit, too, after Hanukkah!) ;)
